What is Lightforce?
This revolutionary system uses digital tooth setup and 3D printing technology to provide you with ceramic (tooth-colored) braces that are custom-fitted exclusively for your teeth. The braces are placed on your teeth using 3D-printed bonding jigs to ensure that they are positioned perfectly on your teeth, allowing for predictable and efficient tooth movement with fewer appointments. In contrast, traditional braces are pre-stocked, so the same braces are used for all patients.

Lightforce Software
LightForce’s digital design software allows Dr. Douglas to plan every 0.1mm of tooth movement precisely on the scanned 3D model. This digital design allows us to visualize the effects of treatment in real time and modify the plan until both your requested and Dr. Douglas’ recommended goals are accounted for.
