How does video conferencing work?
We will provide you with a link to join the video conference call at the scheduled date and time. Simply click on that link from your device to join the secure video call. Dr. Douglas will be waiting for you to evaluate your progress, provide updates/recommendations, and answer/address any questions/concerns.
How do I upload photos for Dr. Douglas to review?
Click the orange button labeled “Start your FREE Virtual Consultation” on the left side of our website. Click “Start Now” and enter your information. The system will then provide you with instructions on how to appropriately take and upload the photos of your teeth. After Dr. Douglas has reviewed the photos, he will provide you with updates and recommendations as soon as possible.
Please understand that in many cases, an in-office appointment is necessary to complete adjustments on braces, provide new aligners, and/or take records when necessary. If you do not want virtual appointments you may request an in-office appointment at any time.
