Your Treatment Fee Includes:
- All photos, 2D x-rays, and intraoral scans
- All orthodontic visits, including emergencies, until treatment is complete
- Appliances, if prescribed for treatment – appliances are made to last through the treatment if the patient follows instructions. If appliances require replacement due to loss, breakage, misuse, or noncompliance, we reserve the right to charge an additional replacement fee.

Insurance
We accept most dental insurance plans. If your insurance policy has orthodontic benefits, your out-of-pocket expense will be significantly lower. Many dental insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from other dental benefits. We will gladly assist you in confirming your coverage and filing insurance assignments on your behalf to make sure your benefits are maximized.
